This policy explains the standards we use for orders placed through our store. Our customer support team can help with products, orders, shipping, returns, payments, accessibility, and privacy requests.

For an order question, include the order number and the email used at checkout, but never send a full payment-card number.

What to include

For delivery help, include the order number and tracking concern. For a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete item, describe the issue and attach clear photos if available. For a return or exchange, contact us within 30 days after delivery. We provide a free return label for eligible requests and do not charge a restocking fee.

Privacy and accessibility requests

Privacy requests should identify the right being exercised, such as access, correction, deletion, or a Do Not Sell or Share choice. We may verify identity before disclosing or changing information. If a person encounters an accessibility barrier on the storefront, tell us the page, device, browser, and task so we can investigate and offer a practical alternative when possible.

Service expectations

We aim to give accurate, useful responses and to explain any next step. Complex carrier, payment, or privacy investigations can require coordination with a service provider, but we remain responsible for communicating the status of the request. Urgent safety concerns should be clearly identified in the subject line or at the start of a call.
